Engineered for use on horizontal and vertical painted or unpainted concrete and wood surfaces, CLEAR-SEAL is non-yellowing, non-clouding, low odor, and low VOC, making it the perfect industrial weatherproof protector for all porous masonry, dense masonry, and painted surfaces, including concrete, cement, bricks, pavers, stone, and wood.

For best results, prepare the surface by removing dirt, oil, stains, and filling cracks. Apply the sealer using a lambswool applicator, pump-up sprayer, or airless sprayer, ensuring the surface has less than 25% moisture. Wait at least one hour between coats, and let the sealer cure once applied.

EASY APPLICATION: Protect any areas you don't want sealed by moving or covering them with a tarp. Prep the surface by removing dirt, debris, oil, stains, and filling cracks. Apply the sealer using a lambswool applicator, pump-up sprayer, or airless sprayer, and wait at least one hour between coats. After application, let the acrylic sealer cure.
