The Armor AR350 is a solvent-based acrylic wet look sealer that penetrates deep into the surface, chemically bonding to the pores of concrete and pavers. This creates a long-lasting, non-yellowing, breathable finish that enhances dull or faded surfaces with a darkened wet look and low gloss appearance.

The Armor AR350 is suitable for use on poured concrete, stamped concrete, aggregate concrete, and concrete pavers. It can be applied to both unsealed surfaces and those previously sealed with a solvent-based acrylic. However, it should not be used on red clay brick, slate, flagstone, or other natural stone surfaces.

Depending on your location, the Armor AR350 is available in 700 VOC, 350 VOC, and 50 VOC formulations to comply with local regulations. The 700 VOC and 350 VOC versions are the most popular, while the 50 VOC formula is designed for states with stricter VOC restrictions.

When properly applied, the Armor AR350 can last for up to 1-3 years before needing a recoat. It is UV-resistant, non-yellowing, and breathable, protecting the surface from abrasion, spills, water absorption, and weather damage. The product is made in the USA using high-quality, non-recycled resins.

For best results, the Armor AR350 should be applied in the early evening when air and surface temperatures are declining, and the sun is no longer directly on the surface. The surface must be completely clean and dry prior to application. Two coats spaced 24 hours apart are recommended for a consistent wet look and low gloss finish.
